I was really looking forward to this cruise for our 10th wedding anniversary, but was a little disappointed - not with the ship, as we thought was beautiful. But something was definitely lacking and we couldn't quite put our finger on it but a lot of people that we spoke to said the same.

The staff did not seem as friendly as Ocean Village who we have previously cruised with. The one morning I went for breakfast, I had to sit at a dirty table. The table was not cleaned the whole time I was there and I had actually finished my breakfast before I found anyone who could bring me a cup of tea. They cleared my plate when I had finished but still not the rest of the dirty pots - I was actually quite disappointed with this as they seemed to be walking past my table but just ignoring the dirty pots.

In the dining room very good but in the Windjammer not very good - I think I only had one decent meal in there

Gorgeous - this was the one thing we really liked and our attendant was excellent - thank you for the towel animals!
I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room so I could have a brew when I first got up but apart from that very nice.

I thought they were good but we didn't use many of them (although I know that was our choice) but we did enjoy the table tennis and the mini golf. We are not really into rock climbing or even swimming so didn't use either .

None really but none of them stood out for me as places I want to go back to - plus the humidity didn't help - it was so hot (98 degrees which I can cope with but with 59% humidity!) - on the third day it rained and we were so thankful. Will never go back to Mexico in Sept (again I know not RC's fault)

Our trip was OK (we went to Vegas when we left the ship) which we loved. I am not saying I wouldn't go with RC again because I probably would but having been with Ocean Village 5 times before I have to say I do prefer the informality of their cruises. I didn't mind the formal dining but prefer to eat when I want and not at a set time.
