This was my 3rd cruise with RC. I love your ships. But this ship is lacking in customer service. When we ate in the Windjammer, which we love, the staff wasn't very friendly. We heard that the ship was only 55% full. And the Logo Shop had a very limited supply of goods, and not a variety of sizes.

The food was wonderful, no complaints on the variety or the taste. But everywhere we went on the ship we felt like they really didn't want us there. Although I have to say our experience in the dining room was the best. We felt pampered and special.

The room we had was 1688 which if anyone gets a balcony room this is the best room. It's much bigger than most of the balcony rooms because it's at the very back of the ship and in the corner.

The Music on the pool deck was to loud. We couldn't even hear ourselfs talk to each other. And even though I don't drink, the group we had with us did, but the bars would close down early because they said there weren't enough people on deck.
