Went on this cruise with my husband, 2 of my cousins and their wives. Chose it because one of the cousins lives in CA and we were out there to celebrate his b-day and thought it a good time to finally all vacation together. Having cruised Royal Caribbean many times, my husband I and were familiar with the ship, etc. We thought the entertainment was lacking for what we've been used to in the past. Other than that, all that Royal Caribbean offers was not lacking. However, we had always cruised the Caribbean and were in for a surprise cruising the Pacific! It was cold, and extremely rough! Since one of my cousins tended towards sea sickness and I promised him he wouldn't feel anything on this mega ship, that wasn't great! But, personally, I wouldn't cruise the West Coast again. I'm not a huge Mexico fan either, but thought it would be nice to see this side of Mexico. It was okay, but the ports were disappointing to us in comparison to what we are used to. CA cruising might work for some, but although it was an enjoyable time and RCCI delivered, future cruising for us will be departing from the East Coast or TX in the future!

Excellent as usual with Royal Caribbean.

We had a Jr. Suite which we usually get and it was predictably great! One of my cousins also had the Jr. Suite and will get nothing less on future cruises. The other couple chose a balcony and decided that on future cruises, they would get the Jr. Suite. All cabins were good though.

Fine .... always lots to do, or not to do!

We've always researched our trip and ports in advance and gone off on our own. We did that again this time. The best one was the cabbie we bargained with in Puerto Vallarta ... he took us everywhere, did what we wanted to do and charged us a reasonable price .... and he was very nice and entertaining as well.

Think I've already said it all .... good accommodations, great food, entertainment not quite as good as other RCCI cruises we'd been on. Ports a little disappointing and the seas just a tad rougher and more windy and cooler than we like.
