Intro: Let me start by saying this cruise is truly amazing! It is the PERFECT place to have a family vacation! There is seriously something for everyone onboard! Everything was great.... not good but great! I am going to write about each category on the ship and answer many questions you may have been wondering.

Boarding: Well it took us about 35 minutes to get onto the ship. What will happen is you drop your bags off with one of the bag guys and they should get to your room before or a bit after dinner. Once you have dropped your luggage off you must wait in a line that first leads to a metal detector, then you will sign in and get your sea pass cards. The sea pass card does everything including using it in  the arcade, getting your drinks, buying stuff from the gift shop, getting off and on at ports of call, and getting into your room. Finally you get your picture taken and you get on. Now once you get on you will be ready to relax and have some fun!

Dining: First let me start by saying the food tasted a bit different to everyone. What I mean is if you are a middle class man you will think the food came from heaven... if your a very wealthy man with high expectations you will think its ok. Now the best places to eat are Chops Grille and The Portofino offering Italian dining. These places were very good but they cost extra and require reservations. The next best place [and in my opinion was just as good] is the dining room. The dining room is included so there are no prices next to the items on the menus. The dining room offers many many choices and the items change every night so if you like something don't be afraid to ask for seconds. You will find the waiters are well trained and very friendly. There are also 2 other places to eat including Johnny Rockets and the Windjammer buffet.

Entertainment: There is so much to do on the Mariner, it's crazy! During the day you can take a stroll down the royal promenade [I called it "the city" it was so big!!!], you can take a dip in the pool, sit in the hot tub waiting for a couple of "hotties" to get in [what I did all day], you can shoot some hoops, go skating, play mini golf, go rock climbing, light up a smoke, I mean that's not even 1/10 of the stuff you could do.

Kids and Teens: This place is the "bomb diggity" for kids and teens. Especially teens. The teens have 2 rooms both with a bar, TV's, and computers. One is meant to go to during the day [The Living Room] The other to go to at night.[Fuel]! They are both pretty good but I liked fuel the best!

End: I answered all I could and hope I helped some people... But if you are looking for cruises do yourself a favor and choose this one. If you have got questions I have answers. Please email me at richieschlatterer2000@gmail.com anytime. I want to help!

God bless,
Richard
