This was our second Royal Caribbean cruise. We arrived at the Port about 3 p.m. to long
lines. The muster drill was in one of the bar areas, extremely crowded and terribly hot.
We had very calm seas so the trip was very pleasant.

The ferry ride to Atlantis was very hot; the person providing the "tour" even went around asking for tips! The shops in Nassau were not as expected; they were just like any border towns in Mexico. The departure was orderly; we had to get off the ship fairly early so we were able to exchange our purple tags for red ones very simply. Three of our bags came onto the luggage carousel quickly; the remaining two took over a half hour (and two different colored tags' worth) later.

We requested a table for our family of six when we made our reservations; however, we
were assigned to three separate tables. We had to wait for over an hour along with many
other passengers having the same difficulties to get the problem corrected. Then we had
a table for 11 with a family of 5 who had also requested a table for six. The food was cold
in both the Windjammer and the dining room. Often we'd eat in the dining room then
go to the Windjammer for something else to fill us up. Our waiter kept asking us how our
service and food was and would not let up on the queries until we said "excellent." The waiter was also obnoxious, even requesting we give him an excellent review on our evaluation
(we never saw an evaluation) and about how much the gratuity meant in terms of it being
his only way to make money AND pay for his wife's wedding ring.

The boat cruise in Coco Cay was unbeatable! The "barbecue" on Coco Cay consisted of food we'd had in the Windjammer all week, right down to the cold temperatures of the food itself.

The room was always clean, although we never saw the person who cleaned it. Even
though it was a short cruise, someone found the time to create towel animals on
two of the nights we were there.
