Overall, great trip for the price! I wouldn't advise it for families with kids between 11 - 14, absolutely nothing available for this age group:( We cruised 6 weeks earlier on the same ship with an all adult group and had a much better time! Most of the activities and shows are not kid appropriate. This time we were on a family of 19 cruise for my in-laws 50th anniversary. They ended up getting to be one of the couples in the Love & Marriage show and had a blast as did us "kids" learning a few new things! The ship is dated and well used, but seemed to be very clean. Although, there was a soured, gym locker room like smell around the staircase on the pool deck, don't know what that was, but it was there and much stronger 6 weeks earlier when we cruised. The fitness facility was adequate. I just ran on the TM because the running deck was not available until 10 a.m.! We tried and the staff will kick you off! I didn't do any fitness classes because I teach and from what I saw they were not worth the $! Same with the SPA...friends did some sessions and said forget it!

The food is great in the dining rooms and very average in the Windjammer. We have never tried the pay resturants. The kids ordered roomservice pizza @ midnight ...NC, and they loved it!

We stayed on level 6 :( exterier room this time when normally we stay on level 8 or 9 :) exterier. Level 9 is much roomier and worth the price difference, plus the elevators are really slow so only a short walk up to pool deck/Windjammer....LONG from level 6!

We have not been impressed with onboard activities, take your own games/books. My hubby enjoyed the casino. We have 1 kid and previously enjoyed the Adventure Ocean club, but now that she is 13 there was absolutely nothing available. The main focus is on smaller kids and older teenagers. Likewise, most of the shows were not family friendly, too crude!

On Cococay the snorkling is ok and the parasailing was very cool, plus these were priced ok as well, all others were overpriced for what you get. On Nassau, if you have never been to Atlantis, it is a great excursion, albeit expensive. My hubby, brother-n-law & nephew found a great little zoo & fort that the kids would love and I took the girls on a shopping treasure hunt on Bay Street that was fun for them...cost $25! There is the queens staircase, of course Senior Frogs is a must do for the adults! We have never done any excursions offered in Nassau, they just seem way overpriced. Do your research on the island and make your own excursions!

We had a great trip with the family! There were 19 of us and we just enjoyed all being together for a few days as we all live far apart! It was my in-laws 50th anniversary and the staff was great in always greeting them, plus they were one of the couples that took part in the Love & Marriage Show!
