I would not reccomend Monarch of the Seas or Royal Carribean. The ship is way past her prime and staying in the Royal suite was a very noisy experiance. 24 hours a day whether the restaurant above was open or closed. There was no positive response when we complained. As far as food goes: windjammer, the pits/Ate once in main dining room, didn't like it. Had room service for breakfasts and dinners the rest of the cruise. This service was very fast and the food was exactly as ordered. Our Royal suite was nice but as I said earlier: extremly noisy. The shows were fun especially the magician. Coco Cay needs a makeover : it looked rundown and the staff was not very friendly. Nassau was very nice(never been before) I walked for miles seeing the architecture and went to the National Gallery (a must see) which was great for some local culture. The price for the suite was out of line considering there very few perks outside the room(ie no concierge lounge etc) Go if you like but I won't be sailing with RCI again.
