Overall - Trip experience was good but we were not told about the entertainment for the kids under 3. When we bought the tickets on phone, we were told, there will be plenty of entertainment for my 2 year old. I should have known better. There was NOT a single thing to keep him engaged. We asked for the baby sitter but we were out of luck as it was first come first serve. Guest service was friendly but they couldn't do anything, which I find very hard to believe. We were told a sofa-bed will be there for 2 year old, but when we checked in the room, there was upper birth only, We had to have them in our bed all 5 days. Customer service was awful after we bought the ticket.
If you have kids under 2, think twice or buy two room package.
Food was good. our Chef was very good. he made sure we got good food.
they called it Suite, but there was a curtain separating the bed with rest of the room. SMALL!!!. General room was bigger then my suite ( my friend got that, how lucky).
Activities were OK. not great not bad either.
If you have kids under 3, Think twice unless you have planned to baby sit on board by yourself.
