Good Experience overall. The do need to improve in many areas.
First, I would like to mention that I'm not a picky eater at all, but I really didn't find the food at the main restaurants good at all. I was expecting more seafood choices like Lobster or a good quality fish and they didn't have it. The has prime rib one night and it didn't taste or looked like prime rib. We decided to eat at the Windjamer buffet and it was much better and more variety.
We love to dance and my kids are 13 & 15 and normally in every cruise we go, there are Disco nights for families. They only had one of these and it was at the Royal Promenade which was so packed that you couldn't even walk. The clubs were open for 18 and over at 11pm so we couldn't go. They do have teen clubs but most of the time they were just playing games with the kids.
Excursion were nice but very expensive. We took a tour in Grand Cayman for $20 pp and it was great. The cruise price was $69 pp.
Overall, it was good. I did have a bad experience with my luggage. They lost it and my kids were without clothes for 2 days. They finally found it but didn't even take to my room. I had to pick it up from the office.
