Number of Cruises: 5
Cruise Line: RCL
Name of Ship: Nordic Empress
Sailing Date: April 11th, 2003
Itinerary: Western Caribbean

The services were good but the quality of foods were uneven. The pastries were excellent, I just couldn't stop eating them, on the opposite end the meats were tough and virtually tasteless. For the seafood the salmon were excellent, I have them for breakfast & dinner for the whole trip, lobster was ok but skip the rest of seafood, they were way pass expiration date near as I can tell. Before I forget, there is a single ice cream machine for the entire ship, couldn't they borrow an extra machine from Carnival? Entertainment were much better than other cruises I took. Since food carry more weight in overall rating I give it a C+.
