My friend Cyndy and I just returned from a cruise on the Nordic Empress. Although I've been cruising since 1970 it was Cyndy's first cruise.

We were both extremely happy with the ship as it seemed to be very clean and had a staff that was very accommodating to our every need and want.

I felt that the food was very good and our wait staff excellent. Ben our waiter was outstanding and never messed up anyone's order the entire trip. It was fun to hear the dining room staff sing and dance for us.

Shows were excellent and there was always plenty to do. This was my 7th RCL cruise and I will definitely use this cruise line again.
