Itinerary: San Juan-St.Thomas-St.Maarten-St.Croix-San Juan

This cruise was a Christmas present from my grandparents. There was 4 in my family and then my grandma and grandpa.

We had an ocean-view stateroom right in the front of the boat with a balcony, which I would recommend to everyone who reads this because at night when you wanted to wind down, you could just sit outside and watch the stars go by. It was a little tight in the room but since there was so much to do, we spent little time in it. Sometimes it was a little annoying but we lived through it.

We left from San Juan that night and it was easy sailing from there with no surprises. The supper was good. The waiters were very nice and prompt. The food was good, and the good part about the food there is you can get anything you want at any time. If you don’t like something you get, you just get something else.

The next day we were at St. Thomas. The breakfast was good because we got in and out in little time. You can walk around and shop right by the water which is very nice. Then we got onto a cab and they took us to another place to shop. We ate at the Hard Rock Café. The food is cheap and refreshing. Then we went walking a little more and went back to the ship to find out what else we could do.

It is very nice to go shopping and then go back to the ship because you can go to the sun deck and lounge around. There is a live band and they are relaxing. That night we went to supper which was good and then after that we went to a show.

We woke up at St. Maarten and got off the boat. We shopped like usual and then we went to a beach which is very close. The water was perfect and the beach was relaxing. The beach is owned by a restaurant and you can get cheap drinks just to lounge out.

We spent yet more time shopping and then went back to the boat with activities much like the day before.

The next day, we were at St. Croix, which was a little disappointing. It was very small and all we could do was visit a small fort. So we went back and lounged the whole day. That was very great.

We spent the last night just visiting different parts of the boat and then going to the sun deck to listen to the water rushing by.

When you are getting off the boat, I recommend signing out as early as you can because obviously everyone on the boat has to get off. If you don’t get up early enough, you have to wait in a very long line.

So overall it was a very enjoyable and relaxing trip. If you like A LOT of activities, this is not the right trip for you. Thank you.
