Hello, we absolutely loved our cruise on the Nordic Empress. This was my husbands first cruise. Our seas were a little rough the first day (no fault of the cruise line). By the time we got to Grand Cayman it was just wonderful. Due to the water being rough in Grand Cayman a lot of the shore excursions were cancelled. The staff did their best to try and accommodate passengers for other excursions.

Our meals were wonderful and there were plenty of them. Unfortunately my husband and I were early risers (don't miss the sunrises on board) so were didn't attend any midnight buffets. We understood from other passengers that they too were great. Our cabin steward took wonderful care of us. She always greeted us with a smile. Our waiter and busboy were great too. I would highly recommend this cruise to anyone.

My only recommendation would be to make sure on those days at sea, get up early so you can get yourself a deck chair. At times there were none available. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of RCCL on providing us with the best vacation. Thank you.
