This was a beautiful ship and I believe it was the 9th cruise since being launched.
Although there was 5,500 passengers and 2,100 crew members we never felt crowded
and had plenty of space. We had a Grand Suite and RCCL took very good care of their "suite" passengers from check in to departure. There was a Concierge Lounge at our disposal which included free adult beverages and cooked order breakfasts in the morning. Throughout the cruise there were numerous cocktail parties given for Suite guests and Crown and Anchor Society members.

We were assigned "open seating" but never dined in the Main Dining Room once. We chose to eat in the Windjammer due to its casual atmosphere and hours. The food was excellent and service was excellent as well. We did not take advantage of the specialty dining rooms in Central Park. We found a number of places we could get free things like Pizza at Sorrentos and donuts back on the Boardwalk. Breakfast is free at Johnny Rockets.

We had to search but finally found three free ice cream machines. Two located on deck 15 near the swimming pools. The third was in the Wipe out Cafe.

We had a large Grand Suite with a very large balcony. Being a bit older we enjoyed sunning on our private balcony. The bathroom was huge. There was a tub that had a shower. There were two vanities so we never argued over the sink! Another nice feature of the Grand Suite is the storage space! We had a built in safe which was nice.

There were more activities than we cared to take advantage of...rock climbing, zip line, surfing, etc. This is just scratching the surface as there were shows and productions as well.

Did not do excursions.

We had been to these ports many times before but to us the trip revolved around the ship. We could stay on board for a week and not see everything and would not be bored!
We have been a bit burned out on Nassau...the thrill has worn off of that place!
Overall one of the best cruises on RCCL, very relaxing.
