I have a couple
of things to say and will make it short and sweet for the other stay at home
moms out there that are looking for a relaxing vacation with kids in tow. DO NOT
DO IT! the railing are spaced so that any child of active nature could go right
between the bars. There are no facilities for toddlers under two to play safely.
we were uninformed about food on the ship and were told there would be baby
food, no such thing. I wish I could say that I came back relaxed and renewed but
that did not happen either. My advice is stay on the land, go someplace nice
that is really all inclusive. These cruises are not . there are so many hidden
costs it would make your head spin.
As for
excursions, Excaret was pretty cool but it would take three days to get through
it. And if you are afraid of large dangerous underwater creatures swimming at
you at untold speeds with six inch stingers full of venom, do not talk yourself
into going on a adventure to swim with stingrays. I'm pretty brave but after our
tour guide explained the puncture wound full of Seritonin I was a little freaked
out. But hey, what's another $120.00. Look on the bright side I could be hanging
out with a bunch of drunk, half naked teenagers on the ship.
