This is second cruise to Alaska and Rhapsody of the Seas, even though not a young ship, is in excellent condition. Her crew is very professional and the hotel staff, dining room staff, cooks, entertainment were first class. The captain makes the entire trip very rewarding and the views in Tracy Arms Fiord are amazing. Boarding and departure on the ship was the best so far. Very well organized and supervised. Ship was very clean at all times and crew worked very hard to keep her that way. Very friendly crew. Met and talked with staff from all over world. Solarium is a wonderful place for relaxing inside out of the weather. Spa features numerous capabilities and is very professional.

Ate most meals in dining room and was pleased with variety and size of portions. Staff was very, very helpful and a joy to be with each day. Salad bar at lunch time was great. Service was excellent.

Had an outside stateroom which was perfect for Alaska cruise. Very comfortable and roomy for two people.

Best evening was at the end of cruise when show team came onboard and presented their new performance for the first time. Was excellent. singers were best so far and show was well received by everyone. Would have enjoyed more dancing in Shall We Dance Lounge as small floor in centrum became very crowded.

Took three excursions. In Juneau took tram ride to top of mountain for spectacular view of Juneau and harbor. In Skagway took City tour on old yellow bus and learned about skagway history. In Victoria took city tour and visit to Buchart Gardens. Wow, what a sight. Best I have ever seen.

Very relaxing, wonderful crew and ship, good food, best embarkation and debarkation of all of my cruises. Good size ship without being overcrowded.
