I have cruised three times, twice with Celebrity and this last time with Royal Caribbean. I could not have been more disappointed with my Royal Caribbean cruise. To start with, we were scheduled to visit the Grand Cayman - about one week before departure, we were told that the Grand Cayman port was cancelled and we've instead visit Costa Maya (a very lame substitute for the Grand Cayman). Second, I feel the ship's service was second-class. Mainly, the dining room experience felt more like eating at Denny's rather than a luxury cruise liner.

The entertainment and on-board activities were well planned out and executed, however the icing on the cake was our late arrival back into port the final day.
We were delayed 7 hours due to fog, the debarkation was absolute chaos, and a large majority of passengers (myself included) missed flights home with no assistance or retribution provided. I will not be cruising Royal Caribbean again.
