Sovereign of the Seas Cruise Review
4 Day Bahamas Cruise
Lorraine Dowie
This was our third cruise with Royal Caribbean, the first being the beautiful Enchantment of the Seas and the second the huge Mariner of the Seas. After booking this Bahamas cruise I read some reviews and was very apprehensive however it turned out to be an abolute delight. We encountered no noisy teenagers, bad smells or tiny cabins. Check in was quick and efficient and we were in our cabin by 2pm, we had an oceanview on deck 6 and although not huge it was big enough for two people. The bathroom was bigger than I expected. Our luggage arrived very quickly at our cabin and we were unpacked and enjoying lunch in the Windjammer by 3pm. Cabin service was excellent as was the food. There was a great choice of excursions but we chose to explore by ourselves. Take a buggy ride in the Bahamas, it was only $10 and the guide was very informative. Only complaint was waiting hours to disembark at the end of the cruise, if you are not catching at flight you are left till the very end which is a very long wait, if you do not have much luggage it is best to ask for an early disembarkment carrying your own luggage.
