March 17, 2006: Day 1: Port Canaveral, Florida
In The Past Year, I've Taken Three Cruises: One, aboard Jewel of the Seas (May 1, 2005), Another, aboard Navigator of the Seas (June 25, 2005), and now this one, Sovereign of the Seas. Recently, I have accepted a job at UCF, meaning I have just moved from Gainsville to Orlando, so traveling wasn't bad. My mother flew in from London, and my younger brother drove from Talahassee, Stevan, 22 years old, attending FSU. It was a short car-ride to get to Port Canaveral. Arriving in the Port Canaveral area, you can see the ship as you are driving toward it. It's pretty neat. We arrived at Port Canaveral, and it didn't take long to get onboard. Warning: The Rooms Are Quite Small. I've cruised seven times before this one, and never have I had an Interior Stateroom. They are very small on this ship. After dropping off my backpack at the stateroom on the second floor, We took the elevator up to go check out the whole ship. Me and My Fionce already had bathing suits on, so we went upstairs to catch some sun. My mother and my Brother went to Jonny Rockets to get a bite to eat. It costs an enterance fee to get in, and then malts and ice cream cost extra, too. I don't mean to brag but, I'm a Crown-And-Anchor Member, though, so we get discounts on things. Anyway, it was around 4:30, and we went threw the life-boat drill. It's always tedious and borring, but you get to socialize with poeple staying in rooms close to yours. Again, we went back to the pool deck, and watched the ship sail away from shore. We went back to the room afterwards. Our luggage had arrived, so we got dressed, and went to dinner. the food was very good, and then, we headed for the show. The Show was hilarious, because they had a comedian. After, we went to Boleros, and had a great time. Then, we went to Voltage, as we continued to have even more fun. It was getting late, so we all went back to the room, and ordered room service. Room service has the best cheeseburgurs, but so does Jonny Rockets.

Day 2: Nassau, Bahamas
I woke up at 11:30, and we stil were not in port. Me and my fionce got breakfast at the Windjammer, and it was pretty good. We got in port at 12, and the first thing we did was go to the market-place. I got a couple things, and then, we ate at Subway. Yes, they have a Subway in Nassau. It was ok. We took a taxi from there to Paradise Island. That was very, very enjoyable. We went into the Atlantis Aquarium, which was an awsome sight. We went around the hotel more, and my mother bought so many things. Then, my mother and my fionce went to around Nassau to go shopping, and me and my brother quickly went back on the ship to catch a nap. We met up with My mother and my fionce again at the dock area. It was around 6 or 7:00 at night, so we went to the casinos. We started to get hungry again, so we got back on the ship around 7:45. We ate at Sorrento's, where they serve Pizza. At Sorrento's, Pizza is included, so you dont have to pay. After dinner, it was desert, so we went downstairs to Latte-tudes in the "Shops Onboard" area. At Latte-Tudes, they serve Ben And Jerry's ice cream and coffee. After a helping of ice cream, we walked around the shops, and still bought things. We had spent so much money that day, just buying things. And then we spent even more money at the casinos! We went to the show that night, and the comedian, Shawn O'Shea, was the funniest commedian I have ever seen in my entire life. We also saw the Love and Marrige show, which was pretty funny too. We went to the Schooner Bar that night, and had a blast. We went back to the cabin to get a good night's rest, because tomorow was going to be a great, fun day!

Day 3 - CocoCay, Bahamas
CocoCay is Royal Caribbean's private island. The buildings are all colorful, and it deffinitly is Paradise. We sat out by the beach for a while. The water was cold, so we breifly dipped in. We walked all the way to the other side of the island, where there was another beach, and a nice bar area. I had a couple drinks myself, and so did my Fionce. My mother and my Brother wen ton the Jet-Ski tour. They said they never had more fun. We all went to the cook-out together. It was great food on CocoCay. One of the funniest things were the guys who went around, selling Coco-Locos. They would go around saying "Coco-Loco, Are You Ready, Are You Ready?" It was humorous. I had to try one, obviously. My mother probably had five, and kept all of the souvioner cups. I personally love Bob Marley, so at the Straw Market on CocoCay, I had a great time looking for Bob Marley Merchandise. We got back onto the fairy, and went back to the ship. There was steak for dinner that night, Yum! I was sad it was the last night, but I was too busy to even think about it. After packing everything in the stateroom, we went to the photo gallery, and bought pictures at the picture gallery. Then, we went to Boleros again, and then we went up to the Viking Crown Lodge. My Fionce and I got so tired that we went back to our room and watched tv, and got our final Room Service. I got a wake up call for 6:00 in the morning, so I could take a shower, and get ready to go home.

Day 4- Port Canaveral
We were the last color tag to get off. We went to the Schooner Bar, and got a drink or two, and sat around in the Theatre, where they were playing the news, untill we were called. I was so tired by the time we got off the ship.

I had a great time onboard Sovereign Of The Seas. There was so much to do, and we had such a great time. After Every Cruise Review, I always tell you which cruise i'm going on Next. I am going on the Norwegian Sun, on the 1-Night Cruise out of Miami. I am getting married to my fiance aboard the Norwegian Sun.
