Joined the ship in Tenerife for a weeks cruise.

CABINS: although small were adequate and kept very clean, the stewardess was very helpfull with any request dealt with cheerfully & quickly.

THE MAIN RESTAURANT: was well set out and all staff did their upmost to make your meal a pleasant occasion. Food was good and of a reasonable standard.

LIDO CAFE: Self service, and although the food was adequate meanu did not change much from day to day.

BARS: Well set out and comfortable, fair selection of drinks and all bar staff very friendly and helpful.

ENTERTAINMENT: First class and we enjoyed all the shows, films were shown on a daily basis.

SHORE TOURS: Very expensive and not at all value for money, better doing your own tour by taxi.

STAFF: Stewards, Bar Staff and Catering Crew were excellent, unfortunatetly the same can not be said of the ship's "officers". Any client with a problem quickly found that these "officers" would not make themselves available to help. They however did appear very quickly when I asked for directions to the Captain's cabin to take the problem up with him.
