The ship is clean, cabins roomy and easy to view all from the large windows in Cabin 214. The cruise director Renee was rude and it got worse as the cruise continued. The food servie was incredible and catered to my dairy allergies that I had notified them of one month earler as stated on the site. However, the Rhine River dried up and they forced us onto buses and hotel rooms. We missed 4 ports after that.We requested a refund and a flight home but were denied by Customer Service. Our experience aboard the buses and hotels were tiring, boring, and really not fun at all.

Fantastic aboard the ship HORRIBLE in the hotels and stops from the bus, and NON EXSISTENT on the bus.

Wish we had not gone and wont go aboard another Viking Cruise. Viking is only offering us future cruise credits and will NOT return actual money to us.
