The one I had in Freeport was with the raw egg, worschesteshire sauce, tabasco sauce, anchovies, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice, oil, and parmesean cheese. They mixed the dressing at the table, in a wooden bowl, then tossed in the romaine, it was awesome!
