I'm also curious to learn why you obviously consider cruise ships fairly unsafe places.
I've been on dozens of ships and I never felt less safe than at home.
Or are the ridiculous "cruises are utterly dangerious and you will likely not return from them alive" discussions in the U.S. mass media and Congress starting to show first signs of success?!?
