Food wise: It takes very little to impress me. I am thrilled with fresh hot food that I did not have to cook myself. I would never dream of complaining about any fare I have eaten on any ship I have been on. However, the food in March of 09 on the AOS was my least favorite. It is the first time I ever felt a meat was "dry" or a vegetable "mushy". I also lament the loss of the pasta bar--although its replacement with salad was delicious--I do miss the pasta and toppings.
