PVP's are not Agents. They are Employees. They make about .50 cents for a booking as a bonus to their hourly wage.
A Travel or Cruise Agent works for commission and can get the same rates.
A big difference, and miss-understanding is that people think the Agents work for the cruise lines. Wrong! They work for you as a customer. Their loyalty is with (or supposed to be with) you the customer.
They are an Agent for you, not the Supplier.
