Miami about 25 minutes to the port, depending on traffic. Port Canaveral about 45 minutes from the airport. Ft. Lauderdale about 5 minutes from the airport. Not sure about Tampa because I haven't cruised from there, but my best recollection is about 20-25 minutes. Cabs, shuttles, and rental cars are plentiful in Florida.
