I'd check with the Cruise Director once you're on board. He/she may be able to arrange something special. On some Princess ships they have a "Chef's Table" dinner. It's pricey, but I am going to try it sometime. I'm sure the CD can do something for them. It would be really neat to see if they could do a vow renewal, but that would have to be done before leaving. Not sure if you have enough time, now, but you could call the cruise line.
