Even if the ship does not leave exactly at 4 PM - it doesn't effect your cruise. You are already onboard and having fun - whether the ship is moving or not. Even if the ship arrives back in port late - unless there are really extenuating circumstances - everyone can board by noon (or thereabouts). Cruising is not like flying.
