I do medical transcription online but am employed by a medical group in Rochester, Minnesota so all my equipment is provided by them, computer, Lanier voice phone line, etc. There are some online companies, MedQuist, Edix and one other but I can't think of a name right now. Go to your search engine and you should be able to get info that way.
