Sorry, I wasn't thinking,
I just felt bad for the travelers that were having problems getting answers from Carnival regarding their cruises.
I do want to say that Cruise-Chat has been so helpful in planning my cruise and when I miss a day reading the messages I feel like I am missing national news, I've never participated in such a great community.
