We were on the Zaandam in June. We felt the food quality and service was better on Princess and Carnival. We did enjoy the entertainment, it was great. Our cabin attendant was not as good as Princess or Carnival either.
With that been said we will sail HAL again. The Crows Nest, and all the little quiet area were nice.
