We were on the Volendam. Same ship design. Had cabin I-7086. It is listed as an inside cabin, but is larger than most, and has a window. Plus it being at the aft of the ship, it is very close to an outside deck, that is seldom used. We loved the location.
I 7083 has the same layout, but has an outside stairway by the window.
I just checked
the Hal site, the layout is the same, and it is listed as an inside cabin. However if you look closely you will see it does show an open area in the cabin where the window is.
