RCI doesn't make a big issue with soft drinks in reasonable amounts being brought aboard. They are strict with booze though, and I support their rules in this regard. I like the Mexican Coca-Cola since they use sugar and not HFCS to sweeten it, and I typically bring a few bottles or cans back to the ship - and nobody has ever even raised an eyebrow.
