There's a place just a few blocks from where you get the taxis when you get off the ship. They give you a map and let you go anywhere on the island. The cost was about $65 total for my wife and I riding double. There is no problem riding double, the ATV's have plenty of power. I'll be going back in October and will get a lot more information.
