I had to be on the phone with them today, so I decided what the heck, and hit a few departments with some questions and bothered them a little. I’ll probably be put on some sort of list myself now after all that.
They have an email address to be removed from the lists.

They want specific lists to be removed from;
Telephone call list.
Mailing list.
Marketing email.
PVP call and email list.
They also want your name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth in the request.
