I like marmalades such as those from the UK which are not overly sweet. My favorites are the Frank Cooper brand. Duerr's is good too. They have a nice balance of sweet/tart taste that I like. However, lately I've been indulging in their strawberry conserve. Conserve...there's a word not often heard.
It is wonderful on a biscuit with a sausage patty that has a nice sage flavor to it. The orange marmalade goes well with a slice of ham on a biscuit.
