We always take the tram ride up to the top of the hill...The last time it was $18 per person...You do get great views and lots of Kodak Moments....there is a bar and restaurant up there plus a few small shops....and of course in St. Thomas there is SHOPPING....Gold, Diamonds, Emeralds, etc....Happy Cruising...
