hi. i was wondering if there is anything that can be done after you book and pay for your cruise(i went through an online travel agency in feb.) and then the rates for my same type room dropped 400 dollars in the last few months. i have never been on a cruise before and didnt realize that the prices drop so drastically. it is now three weeks to the cruise and we could have saved big bucks had we waited. we chose a guaranteed balcony room (we got our papers and have room 9700 on the spirit) . they are still offering staterooms in this category . can there be anything done (maybe a refund or credit of some sort)or do i just learn a valuable lesson and book at the last minute next time???
