I'm glad your travel agent notified you of the change. I've been in situations where both the brochure and the website have been wrong. It's best to have the travel agent check directly with the cruise line. The cruise line can't take back the brochures, or issue new ones for one small itinerary change. Similarly, it sometimes takes a while for their IT people to update the web site.
