Just to confirm what Thomas is saying, yes a few years ago, Carnival did offer these rates to military, but TA's had to jump through hoops to get them, it is now standard policy for Carnival bookings to always ask the potential client if they are Retired or active military, what state they live in (for state resident rates) and if they are over 55 (for senior rates). It has only been in the past year or so that Carnival has made it easier for all TA's to get the military rates. Most times the military rates are substantially lower then any other rates offered out there.
