Fellow Passengers,
We may have lost money on graylineseattle shuttle service today. The internet schedule posted is somewhat when i called to confirm the schedule....local employees had not seen this internet schedule and had no idea what i was talking about. I asked to speak to a manager regarding this schedule and she was very rude, sarcastic, disrespectful...she had not seen the internet schedule either. grayline seattle does not refund your money either. So I still don't have a clear answer on the schedule...we will see what happens..but I want to warn all of you...don't lose your money like we might. Not worth the hassle.
