If it's dark at 5:30 AM - then yes. (at home) It seems that since I retired I'm getting up earlier than when I worked. On cruises I usually head up to the buffet even before they're open, have a Danish, coffee, juice & get my wife's coffee & juice & head back to the cabin to get her for breakfast.
