Jackie, the only problem with Camp Carnival is its ok for the parent or grandparent to sign the child in or out of the program, but they do not enforce this, their policy is if the child is 9 or over and they decide to check themselves out of the camp, the counselors can not stop them. This works if the child understands that you will not allow them to sign themselves out.
