I've read a lot of reviews on several different boards and it seems that people with a lot of experience cruising other lines are more likely to dislike NCL than not so experienced cruisers. I suspect the pampering level is quite different on NCL versus other lines, but until I've experienced other lines it will have to remain a suspicion.
