We are using a local cruise agent to arrange our cruise. Is it customary or expected to tip your cruise agent? I am in charge of a large group cruise and our guy has gotten us several perks, he gets it to where we never see our luggage from the time we board our plane until it's outside our cabin door, transfers are all arranged, etc., etc. Do we go together and give him a big tip? How does he make his money? Do the cruise lines pay him?
