Darcie, Royal Caribbean asks that everyone be out of their cabin by 8:00 AM. Breakfast in the Windjammer and in the dining room usually goes from 6:30 - 8:30 AM on debarkation day. What we do is go have breakfast and then go back to the room to get our luggage by 8 AM.
Depending on how long it takes to clear the ship, debarkation often starts as early as 7:45-8:00 AM. Depending on how many people are on the ship, the whole process is often over by 9:30.
