Just my two cents. We have been as late as 11:00am being cleared by Customs and Immigration in Port Everglades. There were 8 ships in port that day. We were docked and ready for boarding at 6:00am. If everything goes smoothly and the ship is cleared to begin disembarkation by 8:00am, you'd be find. But, why stress yourself out after having a great cruise. IMHO, I wouldn't book until after noon.
