hi. i contacted my TA and she said it couldnt hurt to ask but usually the rule is , if you have paid your cruise in full, there is nothing you can do. she did call ncl for me and apparently it wasnt that easy, but they did give a shipboard credit. not for the whole difference in price by any means but it helped. i wish i could post the travel agency name (i understand that you are not allowed), but my TA has been absolutely wonderful!!!!
