I would also suggest to make reservations as quickly as possible for the various activities, free or not that you may be interested in, like the Spa, a wine tasting or a gym class.
If you like to sleep in on those days, then make sure (if it's not too late) that your cabin is a quiet one (let's say not next to the anchor at the front of the ship or next to a busy elevator).
Now, on port days, if you stay on the ship then this is when you can really have a good, quiet time pretty much anywhere you go on the ship. Look for a Southern Caribbean itinerary for that though where you're in a different port pretty much everyday and don't mind skipping going ashore once or twice.
