Hi Chef Ken;
I agree with Dave's comment that he wouldn't mind paying a slightly higher cruise fare in return for free soft drinks--and I would even extend that to include coffee drinks, pastries, wine and caviar bar; it gets a little old having to sign receipts every time you turn around. I'm not talking about a Crystal or Seabourn level of inclusivity, but more than where we're at now.
